Most residents treat practice questions as a diagnostic tool: "am I ready or not?" That framing misses most of the value. A well-designed practice question session isn't primarily a test — it's an active learning experience. The score is almost beside the point. What matters is what the question is teaching you, whether you got it right or wrong.
